UTF-8 problem

Description

I found UTF-8 problem.

http://www.hi5.com/friend/apps/developer/app/get/xml/13910

Above page has correct UTF-8 characters.
Before application approval, the apllication looks O.K.
but after application approval, UTF-8 characters are broken.

Anyway, I am going to change it to numeric entities.
