Fake hi5 invite email carries virus

A group of hackers have been conducting a malicious spam email campaign that attempts to trick users by imitating the look of a hi5 invite. This email is not sent by hi5! The hackers spoof the "From:" address to make it appear as if it originates from "invitations@hi5.com" but closer inspection of the email indicates that it is a fake.  

The email has the subject "Jessica would like be your friend on hi5" and contains a zip file attachment named "InvitiationCard.zip". Inside this zip file is a malicious virus that can harm your computer.

If you receive this email do not open or save the attachment and delete the email immediately. Hi5 will never send out emails containing zip files or programs that you need to execute.

Unfortunately, since the bad emails are being sent from systems controlled by the virus writers, there is nothing we can do to stop them from going out.
